Do you need my root server password or AWS root credentials?
No. For maximum security, you should never share root account passwords. I prefer adding my public SSH key to your server or using a scoped IAM sub-user with least-privilege permissions that you can revoke at any time.
How fast will my package be delivered?
Server & site health audits take up to 3 business days. Email deliverability fixes (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are completed within 48 hours. Emergency rescue begins immediately on the same day.
What if my website is down or hacked right now?
Select the Rescue — down or hacked package or contact me directly via live chat / WhatsApp. Active site outages and security breaches are treated with urgent, same-day priority.
Do you work white-label for web and marketing agencies?
Yes. If you are an agency, I can carry out migrations, server maintenance, and audits under your brand without any direct communication to your client, protecting your relationship.
How does payment work?
No payment is taken on this page. Once we chat and align on exact scope and timelines, I invoice via bank transfer (BACS) or card payment in GBP (£). You only pay for what we agreed.
Is there a lock-in contract on the monthly Care Plan?
None. The monthly server care plan operates strictly month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or hidden fees.
Can you migrate our company to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Yes. I handle end-to-end migrations from old cPanel/IMAP mailboxes to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including DNS cutovers (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and mandatory 2FA security enforcement for staff accounts.
